These “oh no” moments are hard to miss. You immediately get a knot in your stomach and a tingly sense of panic. Stop having erotic sex. OK, that’s step
If you have another condom, you can put it on and try again. The damage, so to speak, has already been done, so it’s your decision whether to continue or not. Conversely, if you panic and completely ruin the atmosphere, that’s okay too. If erotic sex is interrupted, the safest thing to do is to get tested. You may trust your partner and are only having erotic sex to prevent pregnancy, but it is important to remember that many people who think they are in a you may also be catching a sexually transmitted disease. Many sexually transmitted diseases are asymptomatic, so if you don’t see any visible symptoms, you may assume that your partner is clean. Or you may assume the same about yourself. But you may still be hiding something inside of you, so whenever you are in doubt,
If you notice that erotic sex is interrupted after finishing
Even if you notice that erotic sex is interrupted later, many of the above still apply. The safest option is to get tested for sexually transmitted diseases. However, you may also choose a plan B or try a pregnancy test. Morning-after pills are very effective emergency contraception. These erotic pills can actually be taken for up to five days after unprotected sex, but they are less effective the longer they last, so it’s best to take them as soon as possible. If taken within three days, they can reduce your chances of pregnancy by 75 to 89 percent. There are several brands available, including Plan B One-Step, Take Action, My Way, and After Pill, all of which use erotic sex as the basis for emergency contraception. These should be available at your local pharmacy, but you may prefer to visit a family planning service or local family planning agency. If you haven’t had your period in a few weeks after taking the pill, it’s best to try a pregnancy test.
